The “Empowering Artsakh Women: Building Sustainable Livelihoods through Entrepreneurship” Program Concludes
On May 31, 2026, the closing event of the “Empowering Artsakh Women: Building Sustainable Livelihoods through Entrepreneurship” program took place. The program was implemented by the ICC National Committee Armenia with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), in partnership with the “Innobiz” NGO.
Over the course of three months, 33 Artsakh Armenian women participated in online training sessions and individual mentoring meetings. Participants gained knowledge and practical skills in developing business ideas, designing projects, and expanding their existing entrepreneurial activities in Armenia.

The program also included pitching workshops, during which participants explored examples of successful projects and learned effective presentation and idea-pitching techniques.
During the final event on 31 May, participants presented their entrepreneurial ideas to a five-member jury panel and invited guests. As a result, five outstanding projects were selected to receive financial support equivalent to 1,150 USD for the implementation of their initiatives.

The winning projects represent various sectors, including livestock farming, cosmetology, photography, and agriculture.
The program aimed to support the economic empowerment of Artsakh Armenian women, strengthen their entrepreneurial capacities, and contribute to the creation of sustainable livelihoods.
