AraratBank introduces a new refinancing solution for consumer loans secured by real estate, allowing customers to transfer their loans from other financial institutions.
The offer comes with a range of benefits:

The annual percentage rate ranges from 15.51% to 16.09%.
The cashback amounts to 2% of the disbursed loan amount, capped at AMD 600,000.
Loan amounts range from a minimum of AMD 15,000,001 to a maximum of AMD 90,000,000.
To ensure maximum convenience when transferring a real estate-secured loan to AraratBank, the following additional benefits are available, in addition to the cashback:
- An optional 3-month grace period on principal repayment
- Maturity of up to 15 years
