EasyPay, Telcell, and Idram, will no longer accept payments for subscribers of Viva Armenia CJSC
Dear Subscriber, please be informed that as of 1 February 2026, some payment processing organizations, specifically EasyPay, Telcell, and Idram, will no longer accept payments for subscribers of Viva Armenia CJSC.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to reach an agreement with the above-mentioned companies on cooperation under mutually beneficial terms.
Cooperation on mutually beneficial terms has been achieved with the banks of the Republic of Armenia and HayPost CJSC, as well as with the MobiDram, Upay, and TeamPay platforms/mobile applications.
To ensure a convenient and uninterrupted payment experience, we would like to remind you that payments for Viva Armenia CJSC services can continue to be made through the following channels:
- At Viva service centers
- Via “MobiDram” terminals
- Through the “My Viva” and “MobiDram” mobile applications
- Via Viva’s “Online Payment” page
- By bank transfer within the RA
- At branches and ATMs of banks in the RA
- Via payment terminals and online banking services of banks in the RA
- At “HayPost” postal offices
- At “Top-up” payment points network
You can also receive money from other prepaid subscribers without any service fee via “Poghancum” service or send funds from your balance to your relatives who need them – without any charges. To transfer money to another subscriber, simply dial from your mobile phone: *126*subscriber’s number*amount# (for example։ *126*093297111*500#) or use “Poghancum” service section in the “My Viva” application.
At the same time, we would like to emphasize that these changes, aimed at encouraging electronic payment methods for electronic communication services, are intended to simplify payment processes, increase transaction speed, and support the ongoing digitalization of financial operations.
If none of the above payment methods is convenient at the moment, we suggest activating the “Recharge+” service, which allows you to continue using Viva’s services up to a limit of 6000 AMD and make the payment later using any of the above-mentioned methods.
